Here at BP Mitchell we have the skill set, capacity, experience and equipment to carryout demolition projects of any size. All of our skilled plant and machinery operators are fully certified and insured.

Past and existing projects have seen us working on the demolition, partial demolition and dismantling of a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential buildings, including dangerous structures and the removal of hazardous materials such as asbestos.

Through our waste management service, as well as the demolition work itself, we will also clear the site, recycling as much of the waste as possible using our own crushing and screening plant, coupled with our modern fleet of haulage vehicles.

Prior to commencing a demolition project, we will, in conjunction with the main contractor any Project Management teams, produce a range of surveys and reports in line with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) regulations.

These reports will include the findings of our surveys for the presence of hazardous materials such as asbestos (COSHH); the structural stability of site and any nearby structures; the location of above and below ground live services in the work area; risk assessments.
